This release includes bug fixes, performance upgrades, and usability improvements across ccrChat, the Operator Console, and the Admin Console.

General Improvements:

  • Improved retrieval of chat session lists in the Operator Console.
  • Fixed an undefined faq_name error when clicking “Add Training Data” in the Operator Console.
  • Fixed ccrChat refresh behavior.
  • Enhanced ccrChat survey by adding “surveyName” and “questionName” to responses.
  • Removed polyfill.io references to address security concerns.
  • Performance improvements for KPI-008-001 and KPI-008-002.
  • Admin Console — Surveys: added survey name display, multi‑language support, and an option to disable the Skip button.
  • Added two new position options for the ccrChat button: bottom‑left and top‑left.
  • Added an option to download KPIs in Excel format.
